My name is Linda Kudrick Greco and I have lived in Harford County for....
let's say 35 some years. In fact, my first boyfriend (I'll call him Jason H.) lived in an apartment on Idlewild in Country Village with his mother and a cat named Chewi (it was a long haired cat and Empire Strikes Back was popular).
It wasn't until I became a Realtor that I started to think of the reasons Jason's mother could have been renting. She was a single mother with a
steady job. They weren't rich by any stretch of the imagination, but you don't have to be to own a home. You need 1. a steady job 2. good credit 3.maybe some money for a down payment 4. a knowledgable lender (call Shane...he's right down the road from you) and 5. A Realtor who cares about your personal goal to be a home owner (that's me! and I'm right down the road from you, too). Here's my question: why do you rent?
I'm curious to read why folks at Country Village rent when they can buy.

I rent because I don't want the responsibility of ownership, I have always lived in rental property and I like the flexibility it gives me.
