CDA - This is a MD Bond Program that offers up to $5,000 help towards closing or down payment. The awesome benefit of this is, of course, $5,000 but also if I negotiate seller help with down payment, a buyer will come to the settlement table with very little money out-of-pocket!
NCI - If you purchase in Abingdon, Aberdeen, or Edgewood you may also be eligible to get up to $7,500 towards closing cost assistance.
MCC - You may also qualify for the new tax program and receive up to $2,000 back each year from interest costs you have paid on your mortgage.
HK4E - State employees and participating employers may also assist buyers to receive up to $2,500 towards down payment and/or closing cost assistance.
SK4E - If you qualify for House Keys you may also be eligible for Smart Keys up to $1,000 towards down payment and/or closing assistance.
